Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 13, 2026
This policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit this website, buy the Cheat Day Every Day cookbook or sign up for the free sample, and what we do with it.
Who we are
This website is run by {{LEGAL_NAME}}, {{COUNTRY}} ("we", "us"). We are responsible for your personal data. You can reach us at {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}.
What we collect and why
- When you buy the book. Payments are handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, payment details and billing country to process the payment and prevent fraud. We receive your name, email address, country and the details of your purchase, but never your full card number. We use this to deliver the book, help you if something goes wrong, and keep the records that tax and accounting law requires. Legal basis: performing our contract with you, and our legal obligations.
- When you ask for the free sample. We collect your email address through our email provider, MailerLite, to send you the sample and occasional emails about recipes and the book. Legal basis: your consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- When you email us. We keep your messages so we can answer them. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing support.
- When you visit the website. Our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

- Stripe, for payments (privacy policy)
- MailerLite, for email (privacy policy)
- Our website hosting provider
- Our accountant and tax authorities, where the law requires it
We never sell your personal data.
International transfers
Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States. Where that happens, they use legal safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- Purchase records: for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
- Your email address on our list: until you unsubscribe.
- Support emails: for up to two years after our last conversation.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, email {{SUPPORT_EMAIL}}. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
