Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply when you use this website or buy the Cheat Day Every Day cookbook ("the book"). By buying the book, you agree to them.
1. Who we are

2. The product
The book is a digital cookbook delivered as a PDF file. Nothing physical is shipped.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on this website in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Any taxes that apply will be shown at checkout before you pay.
4. Delivery
Right after payment, you are taken to a download page where you can save the PDF. If you have any trouble downloading or opening it, email us and we will send you the file.
5. Your right of withdrawal (EU, UK and similar)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, the United Kingdom or another country with a similar law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right ends once the download is made available to you, if you have agreed to this beforehand.
By completing your purchase, you expressly ask for immediate access to the book and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download is made available.
6. Refunds
Because the book is an instant digital download, all sales are final. We will always fix things if your file doesn't work, and we refund duplicate charges. The details are in our Refund Policy. This does not affect any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
7. Your licence to use the book
When you buy the book, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it. You may:
- download it and keep copies on your own devices;
- print it for your own personal use.
You may not share, resell, upload, publish or distribute the book or any part of it, or use its text, design or images in any commercial product, without our written permission. All content in the book and on this website belongs to {{LEGAL_NAME}} and is protected by copyright.
8. Health and nutrition
- The book and this website provide general information about cooking and nutrition. They are not medical advice and do not replace advice from your doctor or a registered dietitian.
